قد تم إنشاء شركة المضيان للتجارة العامة والمقاولات في عام 1980 والآن تعتبر الشركة واحدة من أكبر شركات المقاولات ولها شهرة كبيرة في مجال عمل وتركيب وصيانة المصاعد. حيث أن شركة مصاعد المضيان تختص بمصاعد نقل الأشخاص والسلالم الكهربية. من المعروف عن مصاعد المضيان جودتها العالية و كونها أمنة، كما أنها معتدل التكلفة. لكي تلاءم جميع الاستخدامات.

Modayan General Trading & Contracting Co. was established in 1980 and now we are well known as one of the major contractors in Kuwait in the field of Supply, Installation and Maintenance of Elevators and Escalators. From passenger elevators to stair lifts, Modayan Elevators has a range of high quality, safe and affordable products to suit any application. Modayan Elevator organization stretches nationwide with system manufacturers such as; SABIEM & AXEL, Italian made, and MAC PUARSA (MP) Spanish made elevators, offering the comprehensive Modayan range of products. Our products are designed and manufactured in accordance with EN regulations and gives testament to Modayan Elevators commitment to value without compromising on quality. Since 1980, the company has Altogether installed more than 4000 Elevators for Commercial and Residential buildings in Kuwait, both private and governmental sectors. Also, Modayan Elevator is one of the few certified companies in Kuwait which is approved from Kuwait Fire Brigade for installing different kind of speed elevators up to 1.6 m/s and in the process of getting the license of 2.5 m/s and above to meet our customers expectation.

Breakdown and Repairs

Modayan Elevators can customize, modernize, or when necessary, replace existing lift systems within existing building parameters.There are many factors which affect the operating life of lifts in general, among these are the frequency of use, conditions under which the unit is used (indoors/outdoors, goods/passengers etc), the quality and regularity of the maintenance services, and of course the handling of the unit by the users/owners.
